We provide export and import documents for your pets to travel with you or pets travel unaccompanied.
VETERINARY VISITS
We provide transport and service to bring your pets for necessary treatment, testing, vaccination prior to export. We have regular veterinarians in various location, can also work with your preferred vets
EXPORT SERVICE
We are able to provide full export service in most countries other than Malaysia. Actively in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Indonesia and Philippines
GROUND TRANSPORT
We have facility be it prior to the flight, boarding for long term and short term, as well as after arrival when you new home is not ready.
IMPORT SERVICE
Beside providing import service in Malaysia, we can also provide service to apply import permit and/or arrival clearance, home delivery in most countries
FREIGHT ARRANGEMENT
We do freight booking for your pets to travel on their own if you are not able to travel together or those countries allow pets arrive only in manifest cargo. We transport pets to the airport, check in, customs declaration / clearance prior to export or/and arrival.
BOARDING SERVICE
Do not worry if you need someone to look after your pets prior to export or after your pets arrive in Malaysia and your new home is not ready for the pets. We have a pet centre of our own and experienced care takers, provide short term and long term boarding.
GROOMING SERVICE
We have our staffs and groomers ready if you need a nice warm bath and grooming for your pets before or after travel.
